Our “No-Fuss” Return Policy

We’ve been at this long enough to know that sometimes, things just don’t work out. Maybe the toy wasn’t the right fit, or your discerning dachshund simply gave it the cold shoulder. It happens. That’s why we’ve made our return policy as simple and straightforward as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand behind the products we sell.

The 30-Day Promise

You can return most new, unopened, and unused non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the item is in the same condition you received it in, original packaging, tags, and all.

We’re all about fairness. We created this store because we’re dachshund owners too, and we only sell stuff we’d give to our own stubborn sausage dogs. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

How to Make a Return

Returning an item is simple, and what happens next depends on the reason for your return:

  • If You Received the Wrong Item: Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll ship the correct item out to you right away. Depending on the situation, we may send you a return shipping label for the incorrect item or simply let you keep it—we’ll let you know.
  • If You Changed Your Mind: No problem! Reach out to our customer service team with your order info. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, but as soon as we receive the item back in its original, unused condition, we’ll promptly refund you for the item amount.

Once we receive and inspect your return (which can take up to 10 business days), we will process your refund.

Refund Details

After your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit Card: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit, which will be available immediately.

We’ll notify you via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items, for obvious reasons, are final sale. This includes:

  • Perishable Items: Anything edible, like treats.
  • Customized Products: Items that have been personalized just for you and your pup.
  • Final Sale Items: Any products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can sort it out. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
